How you volunteer is up to you. Why you should is an easy question to answer: You get what you give. All of our members will tell you that participation is the key to a successful experience at the Exchange. Being involved in the organization will enrich your membership experience and equally important, increase your networking abilities and opportunities. Here are a few examples of where you can get more 'into' the Exchange: Hot Topics Suggest a topic; find an expert to speak on a topic; offer to be a speaker yourself; write a Hot Topics summary for our archive (by-lined, of course!).
